Senior Technical Product Manager

Role Description

As a Senior PM for Biometric Authentication, you will take primary ownership of the product, driving customer research, competitive roadmap strategy, and pricing in collaboration with machine learning, engineering, design, sales, and GTM. You will operate autonomously with low management overhead and default to cross-functional collaboration.

• Own the product end to end: strategy, roadmap, and execution across a cross-functional squad.
• Own a commercial metric: diagnose gaps in revenue, adoption, or conversion and design customer research to close them.
• Make decisions at scale: reason about trade-offs in cost, conversion, and latency against live enterprise contracts.
• Run a tight customer-feedback loop: prioritize and defend the roadmap based on enterprise customer feedback.
• Own competitive positioning and pricing: track the biometric and identity landscape and shape packaging and pricing.
• Operate with high agency: achieve independent operation within ~60 days and clear high-impact work early.

Qualifications

• A technical background and fluency with technical systems: distributed transactional systems, machine learning, operational metrics, COGS, and SDK delivery.
• Experience thriving in a scale-up: high ambiguity, fast pace, and challenging environments.
• Strong understanding of B2B2C user experience: fluency in the end-user experience inside a business product.
• ~5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in fintech or marketplace products.
• Background in authentication, security, or identity.
• Previous Software Engineering / Data Science development experience.
