HR SpecialistSparks group has partnered with a tri-jurisdictional government agency that is seeking an HR Specialist who will assist with planning, implementing, and completing Employee and Labor Relations projects. If you bring experience handling supporting with legal actions related to employee/labor relations activities, apply now!ResponsibilitiesAnalyze reports for accuracy, assist with reporting and data metrics, and ensure adherence to established Labor and Employee Relations and Authority proceduresAssist with various project tasks, design spreadsheets, and maintain grievance and arbitration databasesProvide administrative support for legal actionsProvide administrative and project support to Vice President, Chief Labor and Employee Relations Officer, and Project ManagersEstablish and maintain relationships with all internal and external clients through timely communicationsQualifications/Background ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field5 years' experience as an associate project coordinator with a focus on data analysis and database managementIntermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Tableau, etc. and ability to learn new technical applicationsThis job is In-Person. Pay Range: Hourly $26.00 to $28.00.
