Seeking a full-time Pega Business Architect with hands-on technical knowledge of Pega and expertise in the Medicaid/Healthcare domain, who will manage requirements and stakeholder interactions, oversee Pega application development, and provide production support in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Manage requirements and stakeholder interactions to ensure alignment with business needs Oversee the development and implementation of Pega applications, including case management and workflows Provide production support and troubleshooting for Pega systems, ensuring operational stability Required qualifications 15+ years of experience as a Technical Functional Analyst or Business Systems Analyst Hands-on technical knowledge of Pega, including Case Management, Workflows, and Integrations Expertise in the Healthcare domain, particularly in Eligibility and Enrollment processes Pega Business Analyst (PBA) certification is mandatory Experience supporting large-scale systems and working with cross-functional teams
