Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor residents’ conditions, recognize changes, and report to the supervising RN
- Provide direct nursing care including assistance with activities of daily living
- Perform routine procedures such as wound care, dressing changes, vital signs, and infection control practices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the resident chart to ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and physicians to support individualized care plans

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire
- Willingness to work 3x12 night shifts in a long-term care setting
- Availability to start on 09/25/2026 and commit to a 14-week assignment
- Eligible to work in the United States and travel for a temporary assignment
- Ability to pass credentialing and orientation requirements for travel assignments
