Your responsibilities include: Overseeing maintenance operations and prioritizing work orders Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, drywall, and pool systems Preparing and maintaining “ready” apartment units to support leasing efforts Managing maintenance inventory and supplies Leading by example with a hands-on approach and team-oriented mindset Our employees are truly what makes this a great company. As a Maintenance Supervisor at Webster Lake Apartments, you are responsible for ensuring the community meets and exceeds our standards for safety, appearance and operation within the budgeted financial goals. Our supervisors are hands-on with diagnosing and repairing areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling and appliances. You are also responsible for managing the inventory of “ready” apartments to support the community’s leasing efforts. Who and what skills are we looking for?
