If you're passionate about leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoLead & Develop Your TeamSupervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and mechanicsSchedule labor resources and prioritize work orders based on production needsCoach, mentor, and train team members to enhance technical skills and performanceFoster collaboration across departments and shifts to ensure seamless operationsConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and developmentDrive Equipment ReliabilityLead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance initiativesTroubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic PLC issuesEnsure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal production disruptionSupport equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projectsRespond quickly to breakdowns and critical maintenance situationsChampion Safety & CompliancePromote and enforce OSHA, GMP, and company safety standardsParticipate in safety audits, inspections, and incident investigationsMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant maintenance shopEnsure proper PPE usage and adherence to food manufacturing requirementsSupport Operational ExcellencePlan and coordinate maintenance projects and scheduled downtime activitiesPartner with Production, Quality, and Sanitation teams to achieve operational goalsIdentify and implement opportunities to improve equipment performance and reduce downtimeWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in maintenanceStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with:HydraulicsPneumaticsConveyorsMotorsIndustrial manufacturing equipmentWorking knowledge of CMMS systemsAbility to read and interpret:Electrical schematicsBlueprintsTechnical manualsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and emergency coverage when neededPreferred QualificationsAssociate Degree or Technical CertificationFood manufacturing or bakery production experienceHVAC, refrigeration, boiler, or utility systems experienceWelding and fabrication skillsBasic PLC troubleshooting experienceExperience with three-phase power and motor controlsWork EnvironmentYou'll be working in a large-scale food manufacturing facility where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities.Fast-paced production environmentExposure to industrial equipment and machineryPPE, hairnets, and GMP compliance requiredOpportunity to make a direct impact on daily operations and production successWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where your expertise will directly influence operational performance, equipment reliability, and team development. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
