Executive Housekeeper

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, on-site Location: Hancock Park, Los Angeles, CA (daily in-person; reliable transportation required) Pay: ~$35/hour About the role We're looking for a full-time Executive Housekeeper to keep our Hancock Park office running beautifully. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes real pride in an organized, spotless space and who can also handle the light operational work that keeps the day moving. The split is roughly 90% organizing and cleaning, 10% executive support (systems, shipping, errands). What you'll do Keep the office consistently clean, tidy, and presentation-ready Organize spaces, storage, supplies, and inventory — and build systems so they stay organized Run errands, including regular trips to the mail shop Ship and receive orders, packages, and deliveries Restock supplies and anticipate what's needed before anyone has to ask Support light executive and operational tasks as they come up What we're looking for Prior experience as a housekeeper, house manager, or in a similar organizing/cleaning role (private residence, executive office, or hospitality) Fluent English — written and spoken Genuinely excellent at organizing. This is the core of the job. Detail-obsessed and self-directed — you notice what needs doing and handle it Reliable and punctual; able to commute to Hancock Park every weekday Discreet and professional in a private, executive environment Comfortable lifting and moving boxes and supplies Nice to have Experience supporting a founder, executive, or high-profile household Familiarity with shipping platforms and basic inventory tracking #J-18808-Ljbffr
