What You’ll Be Doing You will proactively connect with our partners across the region through vibrant phone conversations and internal communication channels. Become the trusted point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of accommodation providers, answering questions, providing unwavering support, and ensuring partners feel valued and empowered. Champion strong, lasting relationships by engaging in regular performance-focused conversations to keep partners offering the best availability and pricing. Immerse yourself in Booking.com’s innovative products and services, becoming a knowledgeable advocate who explains benefits and demonstrates how partners can use them. Analyze internal data to identify and prioritize strategies that elevate partner performance and fuel Booking.com’s growth in the region. Identify and connect with new potential partners, expanding our network and bringing more accommodations to our global audience. Tackle critical customer service issues related to your portfolio with agility and efficiency, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions for partners and travelers. Play a key role in organizing engaging events such as workshops and webinars, empowering partners with knowledge and tools. Proactive and flexible, ready to adapt to changing priorities, comfortable working independently or within a team. Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to prioritize workload and manage time with precision. Ability to influence partners over the phone, guiding them to implement valuable suggestions. Eye for accuracy and analytical abilities to interpret data and recommend informed decisions. Required to live within a commutable distance from the assigned office location.
