Delivery Driver
This is a tipped wage position. Base wage is $12.14 per hour with an estimate of $17 - $22 after tips. (paid bi-weekly) (Applications accepted on an ongoing basis.) Our Benefits Include:
Guaranteed base pay of $12.14/hr plus tips (paid bi-weekly)

At Chick-fil-A, the Delivery Driver role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Chick-fil-A Delivery Drivers are responsible for providing an exceptional delivery experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Delivery Guidelines:
- Delivery hours will be from 7:00am - 8:00pm
- Chick-fil-A company vehicles used for deliveries exclusively
- All deliveries average of 10-15 minutes from the restaurant
- Adherence to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- When not on a delivery, drivers must support the catering department
- Passengers are not allowed on Chick-fil-A deliveries
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
- Deliver Chick-fil-A orders in a timely and friendly manner
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other downtime tasks related to delivery and/or catering
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must complete a driving background check to verify a clean driving record for the past 2 years (upon onboarding)
- Must complete our Driver Security & Safety Program
- Must have a smartphone to download delivery driver app
- Consistency and reliability
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Hustle outside of delivery vehicle
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 40 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
