We are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient's dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

This role is Full-time, 40 hours/week and the office hours are below:

• Monday 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Tuesday 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Wednesday 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm
• Friday 6:30am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities

As our Dental Front Office Coordinator, you will:

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
• Develop productive schedules.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience working in Dental office setting
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Dental operations
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Experience with Dental Software
