Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist Dental Care of Grafton is expanding and adding a hygienist to the team. The role involves providing patient education, maintaining hygiene schedules, and supporting dental procedures. Responsibilities Perform full mouth scaling and root planing (SRP) up to 90 minutes. Conduct new patient examinations and hygiene appointments for up to 90 minutes. Provide routine 60‑minute recall visits. Document dental histories and treatment plans using Dentrix software. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in WI with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required). Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. Valid CPR certification. Preferred Experience Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Motivation to continue learning and grow clinical skills. Clinical flexibility as required by office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties, including prolonged sitting and standing. Capacity to lift up to 45 pounds. Availability for virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically. Must complete a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
