Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse Indianapolis, Indiana
The organization is seeking a Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse to provide shift accountability for patient care within a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) and Telemetry setting. The role supports safe, high-quality care through the Nursing Process, clinical judgment, and delegation of patient care priorities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days; 12 shift hours; minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license (Indiana or multi-state compact) attached to the resume; American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications attached to the submission; 2 years recent Tele/LTAC experience in a hospital setting; vent/trach experience; two to five years of clinical experience.
• Additional Information: LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse will utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policy and procedures, demonstrating critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to anticipate and plan for safe delivery of care. Responsibilities include maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education, delegating patient care priorities commensurate with available staff education and experience, and providing direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
