Associate Medical DirectorWe're hiring an Associate Medical Director who wants a balanced clinical and leadership role, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to expand access to high-quality healthcare in a mission-driven community setting.You'll step into a physician leadership role combining 3 days of administrative responsibilities with 2 days of outpatient clinical care each week. You'll maintain a personal patient panel while supervising and mentoring providers, leading quality improvement initiatives, and supporting the strategic and operational goals of the organization.
