Your Mission

• Own multi-process metal fabrication: cutting, milling, turning, bending, and polishing.
• Own setup: complex workholding, tooling selection, and fixture fabrication for repeatability and safety.
• Validate program accuracy with sample runs; measure features per drawings; document results.
• Troubleshoot with G-code edits and offsets to meet quality and production requirements.
• Run 2–3 CNC/manual machines concurrently while maintaining standards.
• Handle materials and equipment safely to protect people, product, and assets.
• Load, cycle, unload, clean, and continuously inspect parts for the next process.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using established control procedures.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace; perform user-level maintenance.
• Cross-train across processes and coach less experienced machinists.
• Meet schedule commitments through smart planning and communication.

Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:20pm–2:50am

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s in CNC Machining welcomed.
• 3–5 years on CNC and manual equipment; GibbsCAM experience preferred.
• Blueprint literacy and mastery of calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and related tools.
• Expertise in workholding, tooling, and safe machining practices.
• Self-starter who multitasks effectively and communicates clearly in English.
• Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude; open to overtime as needed.
• Physical ability to perform all tasks and lift at least 30 lbs.
• Comfort with basic computers and Windows navigation.
