Full Life Care - Contracts & Programs Administrator

Contracts & Programs Administrator We are hiring a Contracts and Program Administrator to support our Seattle Team! This is a hybrid role that collaborates with FLC Senior Leadership and serves as the point‑person for communication and implementation of new processes, programs, and policies. This role pays $28‑30 per hour DOE and offers great benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k) with match, and more. Responsibilities Manages and monitors contract processing and execution. Prepares necessary documents for new or renewed contracts as required by private and governmental contractors. Updates records of all correspondence related to contract activity. Maintains a file for each contract, including the original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules. Performs contract closure activities as needed. Updates and monitors the Team’s Contract Tracking folder; maintains e‑file on Certificates of Liability Insurance, business licenses, and all documents required for contract award or renewal. Reviews and ensures timely renewal of business licenses and annual update of the SAM Registration. Coordinates with insurance representatives in claim filing and monitoring of COIs for contractors. Works with Program Directors to ensure renewal of the contracts. Maintains Iron Mountain Records Management including file preparation and recording for archiving, retrieval, and destruction; maintains electronic documentation of stored records. Performs general office machine maintenance and management of postage meters at all sites; maintains general office supplies. Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of experience in business‑related work with a willingness to learn. A detail‑oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
