Work directly with the CEO, COO, and finance leadership on fundraising, partnership, and strategic projects Maintain the operating rhythm for fundraising, partnership, and strategic processes Keep pipelines and trackers current Prepare briefing materials ahead of meetings Attend meetings and coordinate scheduling and follow-ups Get agreements executed Manage data room access Project manage diligence requests through closure Support high-exposure, fast-moving executive-level decision-making processes Requirements 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a comparable analytical and process-driven role, with a degree in a relevant field Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a track record of owning trackers, timelines, and follow-ups across many simultaneous workstreams Strong written communication, including professional correspondence with senior external contacts Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Slides, and Claude skills, and comfort building and maintaining financial models Sound judgment handling confidential and market-sensitive information Comfortable working directly with a CEO and executive team, and willing to hold senior people to commitments Experience supporting a financing, M&A, or diligence process is a plus Energy industry or climate tech experience is a plus Authorized to work in the US Core Competencies Demonstrates strong project management and organizational skills, with a focus on managing multiple workstreams and maintaining trackers.
