Missions The DIRN is in contact with the prefectural authorities, particularly with the Northern Defense Zone and the organizations responsible for security within their area of competence. It is responsible for providing services and assistance to the state services in the Northern Defense Zone. It proposes, on a commercial or partnership basis, a set of services to the economic actors in its area of competence and ensures their provision. The DIRN staff consists of 36 agents. It also provides hosting (logistical and IT support) for agents who are hierarchically dependent on other directions. In this context (see "Who Are We?" below), under the direct responsibility of the Deputy General Director, you will contribute to the definition of the general policy of Météo-France. In this capacity, your main duties will be as follows: Piloting and organizing your direction, ensuring the implementation of strategic changes; Representing Météo-France with local authorities and institutional partners in your territory; Ensuring the achievement of objectives set annually by the General Directorate, within the framework of action plans; Legally committing the establishment, within the limits of the delegations granted by the President Director General; Ensuring budgetary responsibility (operating and investment) as a delegated comptroller; Supervising a team composed of an assistant and heads of the Support, Services, and Commerce divisions. In terms of social dialogue, you will be responsible for: Leading and presiding over the local consultation group within the direction; Participating, if necessary, in the work of the Social Administration Committee (CSA) as well as in specialized training for all Hexagonal Interregional Directorates. Profile Sought A level BAC+5 (master's degree or engineering diploma) is desired, along with confirmed experience in a similar position.
