Director Of Project "Sovereign Messaging And Collaborative Portal" The DNUM is looking for its director of project "Sovereign Messaging and Collaborative Portal", in order to implement its new internal messaging by integrating video and telephony services to facilitate the work of ministry agents through a single interface. Attached to the head of the mission 'Infrastructure of Operation and Security', you are the preferred contact of the users of the internal messaging service and the associated tools. You directly participate in the evolution of the Messagerie and collaborative portal service offer of the ministry. Your objective is to enable a rapid switch to a unique and sovereign solution while ensuring user satisfaction. As director of project "Sovereign Messaging and Collaborative Portal" your main missions are: Attached to the head of the mission 'Infrastructure of Operation and Security', you are the preferred contact of the users of the internal messaging service and the associated tools: - Set up and animate a 'Messaging' community to capture needs, frame them, and prioritize them within a product backlog, - Lead their implementations in relation with the publisher and follow the product roadmap, - Coordinate the global deployment operations of the solution taking into account past deployments, - Participate in the conduct of change (from strategy to implementation) with the different directions either on site or centrally, - Report to the hierarchy on the progress of the products and prepare the presentation supports of the different pilot committees and steering committees. Profile Sought Statutory Profile Of The Position Detachment on employment: - titular agent of the category A public service function; - remuneration according to the major index and the associated group of prime to the position. Other recruitment routes: - titular agent of the category A public service function on contract detachment - contractual agent recruited on a fixed-term contract, with a remuneration according to experience and qualifications, in a range from 56 988 to 96 996 euros annually gross. Expected Assignment Duration Detachment on employment: detachment of 1 year, then renewal of 2 years and finally for a 4th and last year.
