Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity spans the academic year and is ideal for professionals ready to make a difference in learners’ lives at both the middle and elementary/high school levels. Your expertise will be utilized across two campuses, offering variety and the chance to work with diverse student populations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hold a current Minnesota SLPA license with dual certification visible (required—pending licensure will not be accepted)
• Demonstrated experience or internship work within school settings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different age groups and campus cultures
• Passion for fostering student growth and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services as directed by supervising SLPs
• Implement IEP-driven therapy sessions using best practices and data-driven strategies
• Assist with planning, preparing, and organizing therapy materials and activities
• Collect progress data and maintain accurate documentation per district and legal standards
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families to support student progress
• Travel between Northdale Middle School (0.7 FTE) and Andover ES-HS campuses as scheduled
