Step into an engaging, collaborative environment supporting students across multiple schools near Maple Grove, MN. We're seeking four enthusiastic, part-time Speech-Language Pathologists to provide onsite services during the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) eager to develop their skills in a supportive educational setting.

You'll be making a real impact at several schools, with Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) needs as follows: 0.4 FTE at Northdale Middle School, 0.5 FTE at Hamilton Elementary, 0.7 FTE at Mississippi Elementary, and 0.3 FTE at Rum River. Assignments begin in late August 2026 and conclude in early June 2027, with a regular Monday through Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Minnesota SLP license, with dual certification clearly documented and attached as a PDF.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.
• Experience or strong desire to work within school settings providing evidence-based speech and language services.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students.
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor students’ progress.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication needs.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
• Actively participate in professional development and onsite staff activities.
