Position Title:  Accounting Coordinator I ( Billing Support) - Data Entry Clerk/ Billing Clerk
Location:  Beaumont, TX  
Duration : 05 Month Contract 
Status: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Pay Range:  USD $20-22.5 an hour W2

Requirements / Who we are looking for:

• Experience in billing, accounting, or accounts receivable.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and journal entries.
• Experience with invoicing and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting audits and budgeting is a plus.

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: 

• The position’s purpose is to bill customers as quickly and as accurately as possible after receiving all the required documentation.
• This role will manage intercompany billing for the Facility to Field Services, assigned journal entries and ad hoc accounting requests by immediate supervisor.
• Provides support for special projects, audits and annual activities including budget preparation.
• The Accounting Coordinator I receive training, guidance, and problem solving support from their supervisor on a regular basis.
• The position is expected to continually work on accounting skill development and enhancing their knowledge of the accounting processes and procedures.
