Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities Kforce is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Saint Louis, MO area. Summary: Under minimal supervision, this role is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified candidates to support departmental hiring goals. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will primarily leverage social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook, as well as the applicant tracking system (TRM), inbound applicants, and other sourcing channels to build candidate pipelines and support recruitment efforts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through social media, job boards, internal databases, and other recruiting channels Review candidate profiles and applications to identify prospects aligned with hiring needs Conduct initial outreach and preliminary candidate qualification Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recruiting teams and future opportunities Leverage innovative sourcing strategies and emerging technologies to improve candidate identification and engagement Serve as a resource for recruiting tools and platforms, sharing best practices with the broader talent acquisition team Gather and evaluate candidate and job market information from relevant sources Identify opportunities to expand and improve talent acquisition strategies, technologies, and sourcing channels Requirements Adaptable and eager to learn new recruiting tools, techniques, and industry trends Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving goals and meeting deadlines Professional, collaborative, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technology and recruiting platforms Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree preferred; Equivalent education and experience may be considered 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, customer service, staffing, or a related field preferred Staffing or talent acquisition experience is a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
