About The Role Ben Hur Construction Company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us attract the people who build our future. In this highly visible role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for key field, professional, and leadership positions, strengthen talent pipelines, and partner with leaders across the business to support smart, timely hiring decisions. What You'll Do Own full‑cycle recruiting for key field, professional, and leadership roles Build strong candidate pipelines that support today's openings and tomorrow's growth Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, shape recruiting strategies, and support confident hiring decisions Create a professional, responsive candidate experience from first contact through offer support Lead campus, intern, and early‑talent recruiting efforts that introduce future builders to Ben Hur Develop relationships with colleges, universities, trade programs, and recruiting partners Use recruiting activity, pipeline health, and time‑to‑fill data to improve hiring results Represent Ben Hur in the market with professionalism, energy, and pride in the work we do What We're Looking For 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or other related field.
