Technical Writer

Core Responsibilities

Edit and maintain technical publications : plans, reports, test procedures, manuals, requirements, validation docs, proposals.
Partner with SMEs to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Collaborate with Configuration Management & Quality Assurance for document delivery.
Capture TEM/design review minutes and track action items.

Must Have Qualifications

Bachelor's + 5 yrs OR Master's + 3 yrs OR PhD + 1 yr.
Active DoD Secret clearance ; must be able to obtain SAP.
Strong technical writing/editing skills with accuracy and consistency.
Experience creating program plans/process docs and refining SME input.
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat .
Highly organized, detail oriented, able to multitask under deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Preferred Extras

Familiarity with SOWs, DIDs, Configuration Management .
Knowledge of Security Classification Guides (SCGs) for markings.
Proposal support: BOEs, Technical Volumes .
Exposure to Agile framework & Jira best practices .
