Qualified Candidates Will Have 7+ Years Of Experience, Preferably In High Exposure, Catastrophic, Personal Injury Cases, Including Products Liability And General Negligence.
Responsibilities
- Taking And Defending Expert And Witness Depositions
- Drafting Original Motions And Other Litigation-related Documents On Complex Matters
- Drafting Discovery Requests And Responses To Be Exchanged With Various Parties
- Developing Client Relationships Through Oral And Written Communication
- Preparation For Trial Including Motions In Limine, Exhibit Lists, Witness Lists
Qualifications
- 7+ Years Of Civil Litigation Experience Preferred.
- Requires A Juris Doctor Degree From An Accredited Law School
- Licensed In California
- Self-motivated Individual With High Energy Willing To Do Whatever It Times To Complete Responsibilities On Deadline
- Experience In Billable Work Environment
- Superior Written And Oral Communication Skills With Attention To Detail
