No What are expected ratios? 1:5-10 Special requirements: Position is generally 0.6 FTE, M-F (with flexibility also for Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday). Workday varies based on hospital census. Primary need will be working inpatient therapy at PSJH in Chewelah, but traveler therapist may float to other facilities based on facility need and ability of therapist (to include facilities in Colville and Spokane) this is a 0.6 position, meaning approximately 24 hours/wk. There is some flexibility toward less days, like Tues-Friday instead of Monday (we have another therapist that covers weekends that would be able to cover Mondays if needed. However, due to the position being the only PT position at that location and the location being a critical access/rural hospital with lower census, we aren't able to guarantee flexibility to more hours. If hospital census is unusually high for a time, which can happen, then FTE could push toward 0.75; but this wouldn't be all the way to 5x8s.
