What You'll Do
- Learn the art and science of new home sales from industry professionals.
- Connect with prospective homebuyers and help guide them through one of life's biggest decisions.
- Master lead generation, follow-up, and customer relationship management.
- Partner with construction, mortgage, and design teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Participate in community events, model home operations, and sales training programs.
- Build the foundation for a rewarding, performance-driven sales career.
