Registered Nurse – Med Surg travel assignment in Bangor, ME. Start date 07/20/2026 for a 13-week assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour Day shifts (7a–7p). Weekly pay range: $2,099–$2,249 per week. This is a hospital setting. Note: Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will receive a $10/hour lower local rate.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical patients under supervision and in line with state nursing practice acts and unit policies
- Perform focused assessments, monitor vital signs, document findings, and implement care plans
- Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and ensure accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate with the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse to address patient needs, prioritize tasks, and support safe patient flow
- Monitor telemetry as assigned and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards; educate patients and families as appropriate

Requirements
- Current Maine RN license
- BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire
- Telemetry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; MOAB or CPI certifications preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated teamwork, strong communication, and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work in a hospital medical-surgical setting
