Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Job Description Summary Part‑time or Full‑time positions. Mobile appointments. Using neurodiversity‑affirming strategies, help neurodivergent children improve their behavior using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Duties Child‑directed, play‑based therapy provided in the community, at home or school. Complete evaluations to identify behavior challenges. Establish neurodiversity‑affirming goals that meet the child and family's objectives. Develop individualized plans to help clients improve their behavior. Monitor and report progress to families, teachers, and the clinical team. Consult with families, teachers, or doctors to discuss treatment and progress, and recommend ways to address behavioral issues. Coach staff in writing behavior intervention plans and implementing multi‑tiered systems of support. Supervise and train RBTs.
