Key Responsibilities Conduct compassionate and ethical counseling sessions with clients through video conferencing, ensuring privacy and comfort. Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to develop and implement individualized treatment plans catered to each client’s unique circumstances. Facilitate therapy sessions that foster insight into clients' experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships, assisting them in their self-discovery and healing journey. Track and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to support effective recovery and the development of healthy coping mechanisms. Provide clients with the tools they need to improve their overall quality of life and mental wellness. Patient Population / Client Focus Our counselors primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. A current and valid state-issued license to practice independently (e.g., LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent). Please specify your credentials and state of licensure in your application. No limited or provisional licenses. Candidates with no disciplinary actions on their record are highly preferred. Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in a virtual environment. Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency with video conferencing tools and software necessary for remote counseling. A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities, as well as a stable internet connection to conduct sessions effectively. Preferred Experience Prior experience providing mental health counseling, particularly in a remote setting. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy or other client-centered modalities. Experience working with diverse populations and varying mental health needs. Compensation and Benefits Competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 based on experience and hours worked. Weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
