Entry Level Sales Representative

Job Description

Job Description

Overview

Paid training. Real earning potential. Urgently hiring. Career paths for people who show up and produce.

At Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen, Entry Level Sales Representatives are not “just starting out.” The business grows because it starts with the conversations you create. You will spend much of your time in local neighborhoods, going door to door, meeting homeowners, and introducing them to Renewal by Andersen. It is active, social, and competitive work where you learn how to sell, handle rejection, chase goals, and turn effort into income.

No degree? No formal sales or retail background? No experience required! We provide paid training, coaching, and support from teammates who want you to win. What matters here is simple: show up, stay coachable, sell with confidence, and produce.

Our culture is built around teammates who take ownership. We celebrate effort, recognize results, and invest in people who create momentum that drives a positive customer service experience. If you put in the work, the compensation and growth opportunities are there. This is not a commission only role. Most representatives earn $25-$35/hour through a combination of a $19 base pay and performance-based bonuses.

Easily apply with a streamlined interview process and simple, straightforward onboarding.
