Position Overview We are looking for options strategists to join our proprietary trading firm. You will design and execute multi-leg options strategies using firm-allocated capital, leveraging volatility analysis and Greeks-based positioning to generate consistent returns in a fully remote trading environment. Location: Atlanta, GA Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments Key Responsibilities Trade single-leg and multi-leg options strategies across liquid U.S. underlyings Combine technical, fundamental, and volatility-based signals to time entries and exits Manage risk through position sizing, stop-loss discipline, and exposure limits React to earnings, macro events, and volatility regime shifts with appropriate strategy choices Maintain professional records of trading activity for personal review and risk oversight Tap into the firm's community of options traders for collaboration when useful Required Qualifications At least 2 years of trading experience in options or currency markets Keen understanding of options Greeks, volatility, or forex market dynamics Discipline to adhere to a structured trading plan and risk management rules Dedicated and coachable with a long-term commitment to developing your skills Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet for daily trading Programming or quantitative skills are welcomed but not required Position Details Independent contractor (1099) role with a results-driven compensation model Profit splits between 65% and 90% based on your firm tier and track record Trade firm capital starting at $50,000, with documented scaling to $500,000+ 100% remote position with no office, commute, or in-person requirements Capital and tier reviews occur every two months for active, consistent traders Additional advancement and incentive details shared during the interview process Our Work Culture We believe in pairing serious capital with serious discipline.
