Grady Memorial Hospital-AN-2150 RN-Meical step down unit, 48hr contract, 16-20 beds, ratio: 1 to 4 patients: Sepsis, Heart Failure, Hyperensive Emergency, Respiratory Failure, COPD, Chronic Kidney disease, TDM2, Substance abuse, Status Epilepticus, Encephalopathy. 2 years exp. ACLS/BLS
