If you thrive on challenge and precision, you will feel at home at Skyline Mechanical.Key outcomes in your first monthsComplete end-to-end installs of AC, furnace, and refrigeration systems with zero rework.Diagnose and correct mechanical failures quickly and accurately.Partner effectively with property maintenance teams to resolve HVAC concerns.Use plumbing, welding, and refrigeration skills to elevate installation quality.Maintain thorough digital records — no written paperwork orders.Role highlightsInstall Tech (3+ years of experience): grooved iron piping, WSHP installs, RTU replacements, piping layout expertise, cooling tower replacements, and broad commercial installation work. Experience with central plants and chilled water systems is a strong plus.What you bring3+ years of HVAC installation experience in the heating and cooling field.Mechanical savvy with proven diagnostic ability.Capability to support property maintenance needs during installs.Plumbing, welding, and refrigeration experience preferred.Professional communication, detail focus, and problem-solving strength.Life at Skyline MechanicalWe take pride in our craft and service.
