Operations Manager

RIFE International

RIFE International is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee project implementation, resource allocation, and team performance across the D.C. metro area. This role is central to ensuring smooth coordination across departments and delivering impactful clean energy and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations and manage cross-functional project teams. Monitor KPIs, budgets, timelines, and reporting systems. Identify and resolve bottlenecks across departments. Oversee vendor and subcontractor for coordination. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 10+ years of operations and project management experience. PMP certification preferred.
