Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who can lead a team, drive performance, and ensure equipment uptime in a fluid milk and yogurt processing facility. Shift: 1st shift What You’ll Do: Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians Prioritize and assign daily work to ensure efficient operations Drive a strong preventive & predictive maintenance program Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime through effective problem‑solving Partner with operations to improve equipment reliability and performance Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts Requirements What We’re Looking For/Job Requirements: Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment (3-5 years) Supervisory or lead experience with maintenance technicians (2 years) Electrical experience with motor control circuitry up to 480V 3‑phase Working knowledge of industrial equipment typically found in food and beverage or dairy manufacturing plants (fillers, conveyors, compressors, blow mold machines) Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage priorities and stay focused in a fast‑paced environment Experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS) Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without accommodations. Stand for extended periods.
