Join us in our mission to improve health and lives. Job Overview We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Bullhead City, AZ. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am – 12:30pm, with additional days/hours as needed. The successful candidate will perform skilled specimen collections and serve as the company’s face at the client office. Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Minimum Qualification). Phlebotomy certification or a completed training program or at least six months of experience as a phlebotomist (Preferred Qualification). Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency. Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Job Standards The requirements in the “Preferred Qualifications” section are also considered additional job standards; the candidate must meet all stipulated qualifications to be eligible. Benefits Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees scheduled for fewer than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are eligible only to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees on a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible for all foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
