We're looking for an experienced Rent Collection Specialist to join our team and help support the financial health of our growing community.What We're Looking For:Experience with rent collection or property management requiredStrong organizational and communication skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving and resident relationsWhat You'll Be Doing:As a Rent Collection Specialist, you'll be responsible for the monthly rent collection process. This includes sending out small balance letters, keeping detailed notes regarding overdue accounts, and preparing for eviction.
