Responsibilities

• Assist customers with retail transactions, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management

• Process sales accurately using retail math skills
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of transactions

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree preferred but not required
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, retail math calculations, and financial transactions
• Familiarity with 2020 Design and interior design is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members
• Ability to perform cashiering duties, including cash handling, cash management, and processing payments accurately
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• A proactive attitude with a passion for helping others and driving sales success
