What You'll Do

• Provide on-call anesthesia coverage during assigned shifts, including nights and weekends
• Be available for callback at agreed rates with a minimum 2-hour notice
• Spend long weekends on-call in Fredericksburg, enjoying the local community
• Collaborate with medical teams to offer safe, high-quality anesthesia services
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and procedures
• Respond promptly to emergency anesthesia needs during on-call periods
• Support facility-wide anesthesia and perioperative services as needed

What You Need

• Valid CRNA certification and current Virginia licensure
• Prior experience in anesthesia preferred, with requisite clinical skills
• Ability to be on-call and respond within specified timeframes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
