What You ll Do
Provide anesthesia care to patients across diverse surgical casesAssess patient health status and develop anesthesia plansMonitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia accordinglyCollaborate with surgical teams before, during, and after proceduresEnsure patient safety and adherence to all clinical protocolsDocument anesthesia procedures accurately in medical recordsMaintain current knowledge of anesthesia practices and safety standards
What You Need
Required:
Valid Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in VirginiaProven clinical experience as a CRNAStrong understanding of anesthesia equipment and safety protocolsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Previous experience in similar facility or specialty areasExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
