Project Manager

Duval Sign Solutions is seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to join our growing team in Jacksonville. This is a great opportunity to get in early with a young but rapidly expanding commercial sign company that offers significant opportunity for advancement as the company grows. DSS does not currently provide health insurance for employees. Responsibilities Manage signage projects from kickoff through completion Coordinate permitting, fabrication, installation, and scheduling Communicate with customers, vendors, installers, and subcontractors Track project timelines, materials, and job status Review proofs, submittals, and work orders for accuracy Assist with maintaining project profitability and customer satisfaction Support field operations and help solve project challenges proactively Qualifications 5-10+ years of PM experience in signage or construction Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience with estimating, scheduling, or permitting is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking systems preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary + quarterly bonuses Opportunity for rapid career advancement Growing, entrepreneurial company culture Hands-on involvement in exciting commercial signage projects Long-term leadership potential as DSS expands Location Office is based in Jacksonville and candidate MUST WORK IN HOUSE (virtual will not be considered) #J-18808-Ljbffr
