Customer Service Associate

Supporting Customer Service Representatives in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Customer Service Associate will manage non-call workflows, operational inquiries, and assist with basic-level customer service calls as needed to ensure timely support for members, providers, clients, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities Provide daily administrative and operational support to Customer Service Representatives to maintain workflow continuity Monitor and respond to inquiries through approved customer service communication channels, including chat and email Assist with answering calls during high call volume periods while maintaining professionalism and adherence to call handling expectations Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Call center experience preferred, especially in TPA or self-funded plans Basic understanding of healthcare benefits, claims processing, and HIPAA requirements preferred Experience with WLT systems preferred Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team success Virtual Vocations Inc
