Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative My Pet’s Veterinary Center – Hainesport, NJ Full-time | 30–40 hours per week | $18-$22/hour based on experience My Pet’s Veterinary Center is looking for a friendly, dependable Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to join our team! We are a small-animal veterinary practice with a supportive team and a manageable schedule. There are no overnight shifts , and weekend availability is limited to two short Saturday shifts per month . Schedule 30–40 hours per week Weekday shifts, including some evenings Alternating Saturdays from 7:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. No Sundays No overnight shifts Responsibilities Greeting clients and patients Answering phones and responding to client questions Scheduling appointments Checking clients in and out Processing payments Reviewing appointment and patient information Communicating clearly with clients, doctors, and the medical team Helping maintain an organized and welcoming front desk Providing compassionate support during both routine and emotional visits What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, organized, and able to multitask Comfortable working with computers and learning new software Able to remain calm and professional during busy or sensitive situations A positive, team-oriented attitude Veterinary reception or animal-care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Previous reception, hospitality, medical office, or customer service experience is a plus Compensation and Benefits $18-$22/hour , based on experience Paid time off and sick-time accrual 401(k) Medical, dental and vision benefits Health Savings Account Employee discounts on veterinary care and products Supportive team environment Predictable schedule with no overnight shifts Alternating Saturday shifts If you enjoy helping people, love animals, and want to be part of a supportive veterinary team at a genuinely great place to work, we’d love to hear from you!
