Job Description
We are looking for a Billing & Dispatch Clerk to help keep daily operations moving. This position will focus on customer billing, invoice processing, dispatching, scheduling, and communication with drivers and customers.
Pay: $19–$21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices and billing paperwork
- Review billing information for accuracy
- Enter and maintain customer, order, and delivery information
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and driver assignments
- Communicate with drivers regarding routes, pickups, and deliveries
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates
- Track deliveries and follow up on delays or changes
- Resolve billing and dispatch issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics team
Qualifications
- Previous billing and dispatch experience required
- Experience with invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable
- Experience coordinating drivers, deliveries, or routes
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and professional
