About the Role

The Company is in search of a Director or Managing Director to join its Healthcare Investment Banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the origination and execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements within the healthcare sector. This role requires the development and maintenance of relationships with healthcare executives, founders, private equity investors, and strategic acquirers, as well as the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities. The Director/Managing Director will also oversee the transaction execution process, prepare client presentations and marketing materials, and serve as a senior advisor to clients on strategic alternatives and transaction structuring. Additionally, the role involves managing and mentoring junior bankers and representing the firm at industry events. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' (Director) or 10 years' (Managing Director) of investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in healthcare transactions. Established relationships within the healthcare ecosystem, a proven track record in business development, and advanced financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills are essential. Experience working with founder-owned businesses and private equity-backed companies is also preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills, and be capable of managing a team of junior bankers.
