Job Title: R&D Engineer Sr. (Senior Engineer, AI Data Operations & Validation) Location: Little Canada, MN Pay Range: $60/hr to $66/hr on W2 Job Details: Lead data management activities supporting AI/ML development in a medical device environment. Coordinate collection, ingestion, and organization of clinical and field-derived datasets, including imaging and procedural data. Establish and maintain ground truth datasets for model training and validation. Design and execute model evaluation workflows to assess AI model performance against established standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data pipelines, labeling quality, and model development processes. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields. 5+ years of relevant industry experience supporting AI/ML development, data engineering, or model validation. Experience with data lifecycle management, model evaluation, and performance frameworks. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Azure Data Platform, or Databricks.
