Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

The Production Clerk is responsible for collecting and reviewing production paperwork, maintaining inventory records, ordering supplies, and providing administrative support to the production department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect and review daily production reports from manufacturing departments.
- Verify production counts and reconcile inventory records.
- Monitor finished goods and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Track incoming materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Communicate production updates, delays, and inventory needs to management.
- Maintain inventory reports and perform routine inventory counts.
- Order supplies and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Assist with creating and distributing production paperwork, job jackets, and related documentation.
- Support scheduling and administrative functions as needed.
- Coordinate with production, customer service, sales, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Minimum 1 year of clerical or administrative experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Position requires frequent walking throughout the production and warehouse areas.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
