Sustainment / Pre–Production Lead Logistics Specialist (ERSS/ERCS) Are you a logistics professional with experience sustaining complex medical platforms in a ready‑for‑issue condition? Do you understand the importance of allowance accuracy, platform‑based stowage, and material lifecycle management? This role offers a key opportunity supporting specialized Navy medical response systems. In This Role You Will Lead sustainment and pre‑production activities for assigned platforms. Ensure allowances are complete and properly stowed. Replace expired material and remove excess items. Maintain platform readiness in DMLSS. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have High School Diploma or GED. Experience leading sustainment or pre‑production operations related to the job description listed above. Knowledge of platform‑based stowage. Minimum three (3) years of project or logistics management experience related to the position description listed above. Minimum five (5) years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations related to the position description listed above. Experience supporting inventory, shelf‑life, disposal, and sustainment operations related to the position description listed above. Proficiency with MS Office applications and warehouse management systems. U.S. Citizenship and ability to meet Government suitability requirements. A current and active NACI and PIV Credentials which will require US Citizenship, and Active and Current Secret Security Clearance is preferred. Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain within 30 days. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate approved delivery vehicles. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, audit‑ready documentation. A current OSHA certification or willing to obtain. Successful background checks include fingerprint checks and drug screenings. Have the ability to work on‑site daily Monday through Friday while meeting our customers’ requirements at the Cheatham Annex, located near Williamsburg, Virginia. Preferred Qualifications Platform‑specific experience (ERSS/ERCS, FDPMU/CDML, or EMU/EMF). Experience using DMLSS Assembly Management.
