If you share our values, come find your place in our global community. You will be based in our Springfield, TN. The shift will start at 4:00 am and end at 2:30 pm. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs with overtime as needed. Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time. Your main tasks: Safely operates a variety of automatic equipment and monitors processes to assure proper application of materials. Functions as a team member and contributes to departmental production and quality goals. Performs troubleshooting processes and minor preventive maintenance on machines in accordance with operator's procedures and checklists. Verifies parts are in compliance with quality standards as outlined in operating procedures. Must complete job specific training within 90 days or disqualification will result. Demonstrates ability to interact with HMI (Human Machine Interface). Demonstrates and performs all tasks in accordance with Operating Procedures and Checklists. Identify parts that do not meet standard. Keeps up with production rates. Communicates all equipment issues that may hinder production and/or quality. Qualifications: Must have Math Level 1. Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis. Able to stand for the majority of the shift. Able to read and write English.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis. Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs. Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending. Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet.
